Broken

One afternoon the word "broken" came to mind. Hungry for a new song I quickly wrote what came to mind I knew The Lord was speaking these words to me and those words became these:

Broken was we
When sin griped us down
And life took its turn
Until the Light came down

When The Lord came to me
He healed my broken Spirit

This is my God and I will praise Him

My worship fills my mouth
Praise in His mighty heaven

This praise that never ends
Is planted in me as victory
